SHAMPOO SUSTAINABILITY

0% Sulphate

Shampoo Sustainability means avoiding anything that would harm your hair or the environment. Sulfates may strip away too much moisture, leaving the hair dry and unhealthy. They also make the scalp dry and prone to irritation.  Additionally, sulfates contribute to acidification of surface water and soil, and contribute to acid rain and fog that damage ecosystems, forests and plants.

To be sustainable means reusing and responsible selection of our ingredients and packaging materials.  Our bottle is made of recycled high density plastic, which is better for your health and the environment.  Additionally, our ingredients are 100% natural and safe for the planet.

100% Recycled
0% Silicone

Shampoo Sustainability requires also that consumers avoid products which seem to provide cosmetic benefits, but are harmful to both you and the environment.  Most affordable supermarket shampoos contain waxes like silicone as they fool you into believing your hair is naturally shiny. But this shine is only cosmetic and contributes to polluting marine life.

Shampoo Sustainability asks women to stand together to support initiatives which empower women to make a difference in business and education. Anna Farrell donates a portion of our profits to European Women Empowerment Initiatives.

At one point I realised that I could only change the world, when I change myself. The things we do every day have the most impact on our environment. My contribution to the solution is shampoo sustainability”
